Buff Orpington Cockerel?

Just looking for confirmation. 5 months, hasn't started to crow and is afraid of my other hens so I was hoping I was wrong in my assumption but... Cockerel?

I feel you.. I live where you cannot keep roosters and I had a Rhode Island Red cockerel who was sweeter than any of my hens. We had to relocate him back in July and I still think about him. It's always those boys that catch your heart
