Buff Orpington crossed with a crested cream legbar

I'm still a few months off from any eggs. But I will post as soon as I get one from them!

The biddie in the front is what the offspring will look like. I've hatched about 6 out so far and all are mostly buff with varying degrees of brown on wings and back, although you can't see it as well in this pic.

These are so far very nice birds!

I have a CLB rooster and a Buff Orpington hen and the eggs are gonna hatch in 14 days!! @bonhamcalk have yours laid any eggs yet? We'd all love to see the colour of green!! Mine wont be laying until September or October!!

I havent heard about anyone elses eggs- and my BO hen /CLB roo chicks just hatched this week, I think there is one female, two males...so I will post about her egg color in 6-7 months!!
