Buff Orpington growing black feathers

It’s my 1st time raising chicks and we bought 4 from the local feed store. One was supposed to be a Buff Orpington but she is growing black feathers on her neck and wings. Is she really a buff Orpington, a cross breed, or something different? So curious to see what she ends up looking like!

I would say that is not a BO. From what I have seen, they are the same color as hatchlings as they are as adults.) (Rather than being "yellow" like yours. (That isn't even taking into consideration the black.) What other breeds did the store supposedly have at that time?
 
With the pattern around the hackle area, I almost wonder if you have a Delaware chick instead. Doesn't quite fit that breed either though. Post updated pics once it is fully feathered out.

Don't ever trust labels or advice from a feed store.
