Buff Orpington Roo?

Pullet. My BO roo at that age was very red in the comb at that age, and much larger. Yours is also nicely feathered out and BO roos tend to be slower feathering out. My BO girls all have big legs, that's not a concern.

This was my roo at only 5 weeks, notice how bright red the wattles are

Him again at 7 weeks

All of my BO pullets formed nice sized combs and wattles that stayed nice and pink until point of lay then they turned bright red.
Good luck to you but I'm still voting pullet for yours.

I'm having trouble sexing this little one-it's 7 weeks. Any suggestions or tips to help me figure it out would be appreciated! View attachment 1411560
Yeah, I'd say it's a cockerel. I have 5 that were hatched March 26th, supposedly pullets, and one's comb is about as developed as your guy's; the other 4 are showing very little comb...gotta look hard to see any at all on a couple.

I think it's too early to tell
At first I thought pullet bc I think the saddle feathers look round and poofy but it's not clear from that position
Then I thought maybe a roo bc of the new back feathers coming in and thicker legs

I've seen a lot of posts asking this question and to tell you the truth most say boy every time
Some I think honestly think it a boy and some might just be saying it bc you want an egg layer not a crower so they are trolling, not that is the case everytime mind you, just an observation....your pic could go either way bc of the age its hard to tell still.
