Buff Orpington snaking her head

Hey guys, I have. 2 year old girl that in the past week has been walking backwards like scratching and bending low with her head to the ground and snaking it. She also was putting her head up and gasping or choking. She’s molting severely and has no interest in food or water. She does scratch and peck when I have them out to free range. I have rooster booster vitamins in their water right now. I’ve only seen her drink a few times. I checked her ear for mites, they’re clean. I checked her throat multiple times for worms, they’re clear. I’ve checked her whole body over.

I’m not sure what’s going on with her but the head up and choking/ gasping gesture just happened today.

We just lost our rooster a few days ago in a fox attack so I’m not sure if stress has made her worse. I’m getting a new rooster this weekend but I’m just so worried about her. Any suggestions?

Sometimes a molting bird will do that. I'm assuming they are trying to get away from whatever is causing them discomfort. Are there new feathers growing out on her head?
