Great chicken pictures everyone! I LOVE Buff Orpingtons! I am thinking about getting some Buff Orpington chicks this spring.
Does anyone know of a really good company to order them from?

I do! I have a friend who own an embriodery store and she even made me "welcome to our coop" towels for the kitchen with a little coop and chickens.

I don't have a lot of chicken stuff....yet....

This is Chicken Biscuit checking out his new home. Just got back from my 3 hour round trip drive to get him. 1st I've ever brought a chicken home that wouldn't fit in the palm of my hand. Lol Hate that he has to be locked up. All his new ladies are checking him out dying to meet him!!

Thanks everyone! I loved doing it. Everything was recycled on our property. The window is over 100 years old and so is the wood for the shelf, and of course you always have chicken wire!

Now I'm feeling guilty that I have no plans to salvage the (50+ year old/falling apart) rabbit hutch in my yard as creatively. Your window looks a lot like the old doors....
