Any day now! Lol, but none yet...although I didn't check yesterday.
They're 21 weeks Monday. Still on the young side![]()

I'm so sorry....BELLA UPDATE: I wasn't supposed to be going up till 9 tonight as no one could take me, but I really wanted to go so on the way home from college I asked tole taxi to stop on the side of the road and I got out and walked to the hens as they weren't far from there. I went to see Bella and her wound is deeper than I originally thought. She was eating mealworms when I give them and when I picked her up she went mental and nearly escaped from my hands! I'm sorry I couldn't get a better pic but I had her in one hand and my phone in the other. Mams getting them sterri strips for tonight but I'm not sure if they will work on something so deep. BTW her wound is bigger, her feathers are just covering the other half of it

Depends on age and whether they are US hatchery standard or UK ones. I believe the US ones have leghorn in them so therefor lay bigger eggs and lay more then than UK ones. I have the UK ones and they lay a medium sized egg. My youngest one who is nearly 2 laid everyday but now she has a chick. My older 2 are nearly 4 and they lay 3 or 4 eggs a week. But ones broody now and the others got chicks so I'm not sure what they will be laying like after all this.Do buff orpingtons lay an egg every single day? And how big is their egg?
Rather a fox or a dog. Think its the farmers dogs as none of the girls were taken. Just injured
