Is this 7 week old super white bird an Orpington or a Rhode Island?

I think the smaller orange bird next to her is an Orpington. They where hatched on the same day from random hatching eggs from a local chicken breeding farm. With of course 30 verities of chicken breed.

She is just so white, is she albino?

(this was the only photo that actually reflected her colors correctly)

Her legs are pink with white powder overtones. This ones color is better.

Whatever breed it is (could be Orp with the white legs), it is a cockerel, no doubt about it. Not albino.
