Thank youI am very happy with how they are growing out. I also have too many projects. I am going to have to make some decisions really soon.
I'm still working a shutdown right now (13 hour nights) until at least April 10 so I haven't made any definite plans other than to sleep for a few days...Are you still planning that trip a little closer to where I'm at? Keep me updated! I might just throw up a quick enclosure for a few more chicks or started/grown birds should you have any.
Wanted to add a few new faces to my small backyard flock and after reading lots of posts and review I settled on Buff Orpingtons. These chicks are much quieter and less flighty than the Rhode Island Red chicks that I've raised in the past.
