Looks like Cocci to me

From the photo i can't figure out if that is intestional lining , or round worms. I'll go with Coccidia too, since they've already been wormed.Better start corid and Poly Vi Sol.

Always keep Corid and Poly vi Sol in the chicken medicine cabinet. There should be a list somewhere on here of what to keep on hand incase of an emergency.
