My buff has a bubble under her eye. She is a year old and has been staying in the nesting box pretty much all day long . Any suggestions on what it could be and how to get rid of it

This looks like an impacted sinus. Is she sniffling, sneezing ? If she is, it may be Coryza. I would separate her from my other birds as Coryza is contagious. You might try cleaning her nostril , and gently pressing on that swelling to see if the sinus will open.
