mine were between 10 and 11 weeks old when they started crowing.

Well, I guess I'll know in the next couple weeks.
If ya'll hear something on the news about "SC man killed by neighbors over 5 noisy roosters", you'll know it was me. Lol

What do roosters act like? I have 4BOs and today I was watching them from the window and they were all running around fighting or sparig with each other and the EE Roo I have. Does that mean they are Roos or do hens do the same thing?

Bella and chick are enjoying being outside again

Managed to get a hold of Bella today and check her wound, it's healing really well. I have put another later of spray on though just to me on the safe side

Have a question about roosters. I bought 6 chicks 17 weeks ago, 2 BO's and 3 BSLs. Got a roo in the bunch. He is very aggressive toward my older hens and jumps on them repeatedly without even a thank you mam, may I. He is traumatizing my hens so I quarantined him. My question is will he grow out of this obsessive behavior and become the gentleman that my Henry was or do I need to get rid of him? He's 17 weeks old so he is still quite young - teenage years - ya know how that is!

Well it all depends on how much time you want to invest in the rooster. Is he worth your time? If he is then I would train him to be better than a "Teenage boy" If he isn't worth the time and is just a problem rooster cull, Cull, CULL!!
He most likely will not outgrow his annoying stage without intervention from you. I am able to keep 17 roosters in perfect harmony but I am very active in the pecking order and maintain my dominance. Maintaining a pecking order with you as the head will curb his "annoying" persona.
