What breed is the duck? Is it a pekin?

I have 3 buffs and they are so sweet. They are 13 weeks old and love to climb on me and be held. One is significantly smaller than the others. Is this normal? She seems healthy but so small. She is the friendliest one I have. Love my buffs.

My buffs are 1month now and this is first night in our first coop. Hubby did fantastic job on my requested design. Made a cooler box pipe nipple watered holds 2 gal> and they did great with it today....what fun
