My favorite Fluffy Buts photo of my girls finding grubbies for the first time.
Cute pic!
There's something peaceful and therapeutic about looking out and seeing those fluffy butts! I smile every time.
Not necessarily a late bloomer.. I have 4 buffs and I think 3 are roo's but only one has started to try to find his voice.. I wouldn't worry, roo's will find their crow soon enough![]()
Post pictures! Would love to see the 12lb hen protector and his 5" spurs of furyWe
We have had about 8 BO Roos and none of them crowed until 5mos! I thought that was pretty standard, so when my Brown Leghorn started crowing at 7weeks-I was shocked! It's so interesting that some crow so early!
We have kept only one BO Rooster(he's an old guy at this point!) and that giant is getting spring fever again-trying to flog me.12lbs of hen protecting fury bum rushing me-may be time to take down his 5 inch spurs. We joke about having Elvis stew, but I don't think his 25 ladies would know what to do without him. And, I love his crow.![]()
x2! Need to see this behemoth!Post pictures! Would love to see the 12lb hen protector and his 5" spurs of fury![]()
