If they are indeed 7 1/2 weeks old they look to me to be all hens.

They all look like hens to me also. If you got them from a feed store, then it most likely that they were selling all pullets. That is very common when buying Op's from feed store. Occasionally a roo will get through, but it isn't very common.

I too would say three pullets. Check out the hackle feathers. If they're rounded, it's a hen. If they're sharply pointed, it's gonna be a roo.
