My BO's started laying around 20 weeks. Your's should, but like others said it depends on the light they are getting, and the weather where you are. Good luck and just be patient.

I have one Buff Orp and she's 25 weeks old tomorrow; she's the only one in my bunch not yet laying, but she's close. She's squatting regularly now, so I bet I'll get her first egg in the next week.
