Last one does look like a hen...but I can see some coloring on the comb...I couldnt say roo or hen at this point.

I think you should try the breeding...If he is indeed a boy..You could get some really nice chicks and could line breed to get better quality you are looking for.

The first bird is a pullet and the secondd is definately a cockerel. You can breed the two together, he's a nice clear buff so he should compliment her, and since her color is a little lighter, she should lighten up the males nicely.
