Sussex can be tricky, Can you get a side pic to them standing up so we can see the carriage and body shape ? And how old are they ?

Thanks for the reply. They are about 12 weeks old. It is hard to get the right pictures of these two.

They look like hens to me. Here is my Speckled Sussex at 10 weeks and you can see the hackle feathers, some saddle feathers and way advanced comb than yours:
