Bugs in the egg laying area

Hello all,
I keep relatively clean coop, and clean egg laying area, Lately I noticed small creatures crawling around, around 3/8" long, wondering what they are... picture included. Ideas?

Looks like wood lice to me. If it is, they're harmless to poultry.

You should still clean everything out though because if there's one species of bug living there, often another more hurtful species will find the same place just as comfortable.
