well i drew up some coop plans and noted all the wood i would need, went to the lumber yard and they had a pallet of landscape timbers marked 75 percent off so my plans had to be changed..i got 35 eight footers for 25 dollars so thats what i am framing it out in.. its going to be six foot tall eight foot wide and 4foot deep with a twelve foot run.. here are some of the pics of use starting it, will be adding to it as we go...

THIS IS JUST THE COOP 6FOOT TALL 8FOOT WIDE 4FOOT DEEP

Great start. Stay cool out there! It looks like there is some shade out there. Is it in your front yard? Do I see a driveway and a house across the street?

no its on the east side of my house and yes that is our neighbors house across the street and an empty lot with a driveway next door to our house.. the back of the coop will be faceing the west so the hottest part of the day will be hitting the back of the coop and the run will be about where i have the coop now

more pics of coop in progress

the first pic is of the left side of the coop n hen house. the second pic is of the front of the run. the third pic is the back of the hen house and coop.. should be done with it by monday if the rain holds up... hope you enjoy the FLEW-DA-COOP... and here is the plaq that is going to go on it when done, i did it today my first go at wood burning,..
