Yep I have had horses since 1967... Right now I have a Percheron mare named Katee probably my last one she turns 21 either today or tomorrow I have to look at her papers. And I am turning 60 in June.



this was back in 2001 at the Fair in the farm implement class.

We have a kentucky spotted gaited mountain horse, Sheba. If I can have my husband download a picture of her, I will post it later. She's a pretty girl. Have you heard of the Midwest Horse Fair down in Madison. It is awesome. It's coming up this weekend, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Amazing. It would take your breath away. You can google it and check it out.

Oooh I have a friend in Michigan who was breeding gated spotted crossing them with drafts... a husband horse... LOL. But she wanted them for her self because her arthritis was changing her life... sadly her riding days are over...

that really hit home....especially ur location....gpa is from geneseo, il....so there not to far from you....and thanks it means alot...i know there has been alot of emotion but i believe that is what makes this thread what it is today....the strength from everyone on here and my family has kept me going even tho at some points i think it is to much for me to handle....and then i think of all the people i have inspired and keep moving forward...gma gets to see most of the forum and see the pics which really makes me happy...

well update on what is going on here...got a hoop coops frame done and now hanging the hardware cloth...so should be done tomorrow....moved it to its place and put a 2x10 box under it...im going to put sand in the bottom for a deep litter method....also got almost thirty show quality day olds coming of the barred rocks along with some non related eggs....so well see how they ship....i have not a good experience with shipping....and was supposed to be on gff shipping for this week but i think im not getting them this week...would love to comment but i will wait till after i get the birds....well i shall put a bunch of pics on tomorrow...but thats about it...getting five shipments of birds and eggs.....so super egggsited....all this week...gff would make six....but its a mystery with them if i will get them or not
