so jealous. Being on a slant gets to be a real pain. I have to level spaces with every job. But runoff is great it all goes the same way.

Curious how your garden is doing. I said screw the drought here and am going back to my normal water cycle at least I'm watering to feed myself as a posed keeping some grass green.

garden is doing great....altho had a mishap the lady forgot to bring in the plants on the last day of frost and killed half of our plants...so we are having a half a garden this year...but all that was planted is starting to grow...i shall get some pics and post later..just hatched a bunch more pheasants...getting rid of 50 pheasants tommorow...cant wait to free up some room...hatching some quail as we speak...ten hatched so far...this whole hatch of quail is sold...sold some of the red goldens, and some other pheasants today...so....just spoke to a breeder about buying his breeding stock of silver golden pheasants this season and thats a go...so cant wait...also not sure if i posted this or not but had the first lady amherst egg make it to lockdown so hope that hatches...plucker is on its way.....as my visitors today said that i have way to many which i agree im sick of chickens...we have close to 150-200....huh...tiring...thats for sure...have the day to catch up tomorrow...might be getting some more svart honas....if my man didnt get rid of them already...we shall see...that would be sweet...i just love those black birds...soon there will be an egg...cant wait....well...off i go hope to be on here tomorrow with some good pics or maybe a video we shall see...later everyone...hope all is well...oh yeah cant forget the peacock eggs should be hatching soon...shall keep everyone posted

well today went good....got rid of 50 pheasants...tomorrow getting rid of the quail that hatched which is about 50 of them...need a break from the birds....so selling a bunch of them...the babies that is...also booked up for the quail for the next three hatches...so that is going good...hope to get the metal for the coops roofs very soon....also just got word that i might have someone else put in the fencing for the peafowl...to make it easier for me to get it done...so cant wait for that....cause they need to get moved the greenhouses are just getting warmer and warmer by the day...plus i need the peafowl in the one coop to be moved so that i can put the young birds in the growout pen....also thought i would share that moma purple peahen is not getting up from the eggs....so im letting her hatch her own...scheduled to hatch about july 8th...pumped up about that...i cant wait to see her hatch some babies...will def get some videos with the young ones and their mother...having a little issue with the cold rain and some of the chickens...that are younger...i think they might have coccidiosis...so they are getting treated...so much going on its crazy...going to plant some bulbs manana...work on the hoop coops for the peafowl, move some sand into the coops...also got wind that i might be able to wholesale to the amish all of the chicken eggs...they just increased their prices to 3 dollars a dozen...everything is going smoothly....also working on designing a gravity fed water system for more maintenance free...need to make more time..getting swamped..never heard back from gff...and you guys no how long its been...so curious why they just left me in the dark....when i was supposed to be on the top of the list....so to speak...been so busy that no time to waste sending emails that just get pushed away bc they dont give a crap about customer service...well dont wanna get worked up so well leave it at that...see you guys later...hope all is well....sorry for no pics...working on that...got some good ones...its supposed to rain tomorrow...so ill for sure get some on here...made some tie die tshirts for my friends bday...that was fun...learned alot....and mom when you get up here we are going to be making some...shhh...dont tell her....lol

Sounds like you managed to clear up a little space. Bet it feels good. Still busy as all heck with the rest I'm sure. Can't wait for that July hatch the 8th is actually my birthday. Lol. There better be tons of pictures of that one.
Havent really got to the point of having to downsize flocks yet but I am bbqing rooster around my bday. As a matter of fact just added another duckling

this is the best chicken coop of all ! We have eight happy black sex links . They are only 8 weeks old . You can hold and pet them! They have a heat lamp and fan inside there nesting box .

well thought i would show up and post some pics...getting a guy to come in and put up the posts for the peafowl...to make it go faster...been super busy working 12s...doing tree work..
just hatched a bunch of quail...and sold them all...just hatched a bunch of ornamental pheasants, and some other birds...so still keeping busy...all of the pheasants are molting now and losing their feathers...man they look horrible...
in the back are peafowl eggs...and ofcourse more quail eggs...going to be hatching when mom comes up

got some red goldens in the back....and i have four silver pheasants now...you can see why im the birdman...lol...they just think im cool or something like that...lol

thats alot of quail...but they are all gone

well hope all is well...its been mostly rainy here...so not much to be missed....also got in some automatic water cups...some identification bands, bird transportation cages, and THE FEATHERMAN PLUCKER....SOON TO BE USED...TODAY SO PUMPED UP TO TRY THIS THING OUT
