Building plans for coop/run

Hey all,
Does anyone have plans for something comparable to this coop/run? Im new to chickens. My 8 chicks are coming on 4/29. I have someone who will build it but he needs plans.

I took your advice and it led me to a pricey chicken coop site. 13K for that coop. So thats out. Still mulling over ideas. I have some one who can build a 10 x 10 run but I also need a coop. Thanks for your help so much.
