Bulb on my sweet cochin bantams side foot

She does peck it occasionaly. Also her walking seems odd and she walks like we would do were we drunk. Straight but she seems to be wobbling more while marching straight and tilting to left right left right. Because she never layed any Egg, my dad isn't making a move to take her to a vet. Given the fact having something at my foot myself, Cant drive her by myself...
Urg... This is frustrating...
Thx for your help so far. Will try after work to take a better Picture from my lady.

My mother will drive her tomorrow.
This is the baddest foot new pictures, it's hard. We don't dare draining it ourselves.
Other photo is the better/good foot.
Position of the chicken upside down flat on back, paws at the belly side, her head was at the left when we turned her upside down.

This is my Sweetheart. A little stressed after the turn

That's a much more informative photo of the lesion.

I have a strong hunch it's an inflamed feather follicle where the emerging feather has taken a "U" turn and doubled back. This prevents it from poking through the skin and erupting into a normal new pin feather. This is relatively common to feathered footed chickens. I've dealt with a few.

The remedy is actually very simple, very safe, and very effective. Get a clean one-sided razor blade or an Exacto knife and make a tiny nick in the center of the bulb. This should release the feather follicle and you should see it erupt like a bean sprout pushing out of the soil. If it doesn't bounce straight up, give it a poke under the loop to urge it to unfold.

Treat the area with Vetericyn spray or a little alcohol.

Thx all x.
Just returned from the vet, didnt want to take any risk with her.
Seemed to him it was a blood blister and the node at the toe a nasty infection.
She received a 3d during sub cutaneous anti inflammation medicine.
She will also need to take 5d some oral antibiotic.

Will use all your tips in the future if one would ever have a feather follicle, mite or bumblefoot. Thx alot, learned much!

Am glad my little princess will be okay. Turned out the nodes were hurting her much. As with humans, feet are one of the most important things in daily life we are using the most
