Bulge behind crop

Hello all. I just picked this little one up from the feed store yesterday. Today I noticed this bulge here. It definitely looks like it has fluid. Any advice on what needs to be done? She also happens to be my favorite of the bunch thank you!

Might it be air rather than fluid? Sometimes chicks have a ruptured air sac which leads to bubbles of air building up under the skin. Treatment is just popping the skin with a sterile needle to release the air. Not sure that's the problem here though, so if it doesn't seem to be bothering her much (can breathe, eat, move fine) I might see if it improves on it;s own.
