Bulging and hard belly, not growing…

So, this is our second round of baby chicks and I'm at a loss for what to do.

She came home on Monday with pasty butt, I cleaned it immediately.
Next day the skin around her vent appeared to be somewhat crusty, so I started applying antibiotic ointment daily.
Three days later her belly or intestinal region is hard and appears to be bulging and she's noticeably smaller than her sister that she came home with.

We have added a small amount of chick grit to the starter crumble, as well as a Electrolyte supplement to their water.

Any input?

If she has pasty butt then she is passing feces, which is good. I would give her a chance. I thought peritontis was something that happened when chickens become "egg bound" or they are laying soft shelled eggs. I have to study more I guess.
Add ACV to your water. I put a tablespoon of ACV per gallon of water. It cures the pasty butt for sure and is great for chicks.

I have been battling pasty butt fora while now. If you do as patty cat says and use apple cider vinager. I also grounded up their feed mixed with oatmeal ground up. I refill it about dinner time. And this morning was the last time I had to wash a butt crossing fingers it stays that way. I am going to slowly do less groundin until they are back on the crumbled feed.

Update: I saw her poo once looked normal, added yogurt , they all gobbled, added heading pad beneath perch in addition to lamp. Still no noticed growth, belly still hard, doesn't seem to be getting larger/harder though, and normal behavior... We shall see. Thanks all for the quick replies & help!! Much appreciated!!

If shes eating and pooping normally are you sure the hard belly youre feeling isnt just a full crop??? When my chick's crops are full they feel like they have large mishapen tumers. They shrink when they digest their food but quickly fill again with the sheer amount of food they consume at this age

It's totally possible, but I thought the crop was more towards the front, the bulging part is right below her vent. She is still alive and eating and pooping from what I can tell however she is not growing at all. No new feathers no tailfeathers super fluffy probably half the size of the rest of the checks that came home together.

If she is eating and pooping give her time. I had a tiny weak chick in my batch, now I cant tell her apart from the others as far as size and feathering.

Blackie did not have a budget but she is or should say was behind everyone else in growth including those a week younger then her now at 3 weeks sat she passing them
Maybe their comfort level. She more comfortable running loose in the house then in the brooder so I let them play every hours for an hour or two.
