Just some news
We ended up putting Duck down with cervical dislocation.
I was told the eye was out of the socket and would fall out. She already had some respiratory things going on and i didn’t personally think it was worth taking her to a vet to get surgery done for 2,000 if there was a slim chance that she would survive after.

I appreciate everyones advice and help.

What should i be doing? She can close her eyelid fine right now.

Hi, I was wondering if you had any success in treating your chicken? I have a two week old chick that has what looks like the same condition. A bulging eye, but with no discharge at all, and I have no idea of how to treat her.
