bulging eye in new chick

My faverole hatched with a bulging eye and a week old now, it's eating, drinking normally and walking around but the eye is bulging just a little more with no discharge.
Any ideas please? Can I fix this?

Sorry I haven't heard of that before. Can you take a picture? Maybe it's just a birth defect.

Hi! I had a porcelain d'Uccle cockerel have the the same problem. He is fine in every way... I do not intend to breed him and he gets along even with being blind in one eye. The eye has turned a milky bluish white and has shrunk a little as he has gotten bigger. If yours thrives and you are not breeding I don't think you have to worry. BTW, I tried treating it with antibiotic ophthalmic ointment but it didn't do anything... I just gave him a chance and he has done just as well as his hatchmates
