I have my three little bantam chicks together in a small coop but the largest of the three keeps picking on the smallest one

is there any way I can stop this ?

The bigger ones always pick on the smaller ones. It's kind of their way of setting the "pecking" order. (Who's boss.) I would keep them together unless they are trying to kill each other. If you notice that kind of behavior, it's time to separate them.

Were they raised together since hatching? If not, the best thing to do is keep them in boxes or cages right next to each other, with visibility of each other, and being able to hear and smell each other until they get used to each other. I kept mine in cages so they could touch, smell, hear, and see each other. Now they lay side by side.
