Bully Is Starting Again, Need Ideas

Thaiturkey he was arrested for assault, paid $130 fine and was given a 6 month defered sentence; which has now expired.

He has tried to set our cousin off too. So it is the cousin and DH. I saw him say something to our cousin that night too.

We didn't even know he was there until he said something to DH. He was up in the bleachers.
We try to stay away from him, but sometimes that is not always possible, like high school graduations and other community activities.
You can't always hide from those type of people either. Told Dh the guy was just trying to push his buttons and the best way to deal with him is act like he is not even there.

We know to let him throw the first punch or do the first action against us.

I'm not rattled by what you are saying, it just makes me mad that this guy has come after DH because of a lie told by someone who just wanted to stir up trouble.


It is nice to "think" of those ideas, but it is not worth doing them in real life. I do not want to sink to his level of immaturity. Guy is older then me, you would think he had grown up by now.

You have a difficult problem and there's no point in anyone pretending that there's a simple solution. I guess you feel trapped and that's his intention. Bide your time and keep away as best you can. Certainly avoid the type of fight that he wants. Use the law and nothing more.

Over here people accept the universal law of Kharma. It's from Buddha and so is a bit of philosophy, not religion. As you probably know, it say something like, 'what goes around comes around' or, 'what you do to others expect to come back to you in some way at some time'. Some religions have copied the belief, I think. I find that, if I'm patient, it usually works. You can see already that he's attracting critical attention and probably loosing friends. Perhaps he's motivated by alcohol. If that's so he's already on the way down.

I think they have a make my day law. It allows you to shoot someone entering your house. Doesn't allow them to shoot you in the back while you're walking away from the next door neighbors house. I think there were some other factors involved in that one. I fully agree with the right to shoot someone entering or trying to enter your house. What that guy did was murder. If every state had a law like that there would be a lot of murders. I agree that theft is bad but it is not worth taking a life over.If you want to be a hero just hold them at gun point till the police get there. weapons should be for self defense or the defense of others. Not the defense of their property. JMO

Honestly the screwed up thing? That's aggrevated assault or assault with a deadly weapon, Killing them is legal. Just saying.

I don't know what I'd do if I caught a burgler in the act.. Honestly... I think I'd just try to chase him down and beat him to a pulp, but that's the first thing that comes to mind. He pulls a weapon, then I'd shoot him.

Every time he leans in towards your dh, he should wink and blow a kiss back at him.

Ive never seen ANYTHING work better to push another mans buttons..

DH should have his hands in his pockets with a set of b knuckles.


Let him hit dh a few time sot set in that DH only had the knuckles out of pure fear for this guy over the last 8 months. He was forced to use them.

He developed a fear syndrome and didnt know when to stop.


OR... if there are no witnesses around... pass the knuckles off somewhere else and finish him off with a few bare knuckles.




Im normally not a deceiver but in this situation you have to get a little slippery to catch a snake... and i doubt fromt he sounds of it the cops would want to investigate too much, especially if this idiot started the physicality.

Sometimes, people just need to get their you know what kicked to act like a human.

Maybe he should get some pepper spray, if he touches him again, spray the crap in his face and keep spraying... then when he's crying like a girl, tell him you've had nothing to do with the lies he's been fed, and to leave you the ____ alone!!

Keep documenting, keep getting the police involved (get their names) press charges if he touches him again.

Oh yeah... post no tresspassing signs all over your property border too.

I would just keep calling the police and document Every incodent! If anyone makes physical contact with you in any way it is assault! Even grabbing your shirt! Sooner or later they will gettired of him and do their jobs! If he has assaulted your DH then you have a right to file a RO! If they refuse I would call the state police and inform them of what is going on and ask if this is right. Sometimes it takes moving things up the chain to get a response. State police can put pressure on the locals. If this does not work call the Marshall's office and do the same thing.

As for the guy shooting the Mex... I didn't follow it. I believe in capital punishment and if more thing in life were punishable by death less people would be apt to do them! But you must follow the sentence with action, not letting them sit around for ever costing money and causing more trouble. Thats also why I love AZ. If I ever leave Texas it will be to go back to AZ. It's nice to have the right to protect yourself and those you are close too with out having to depend on others for my safety. As you can see by this thread the law doesn't always work in your favor! I'm not knocking the law. I wouldn't be a cop! They deserve to be payed a WHOLE LOT more!!! But sometimes justice is not served as it should be.

Document everything and take it up the chain as needed! Keep calling and reporting!!

Be careful on the spray. That's assault unless he is physically threatening you. It would suck for the bully to get the last laugh.
