I have a hen(meanie) that has been pecking on one of my hens. Meanie has a tail, sticking up nice and high, does that have anything to do with anything? I will leave some pictures. Anyways, I have been watching her everyday recently, she seems to peck on everyone but most specifically bullies one specific hen, Hershey. Today, I was watching my hens and making sure they have enough food and water. As they get ready to sleep, I notice Meanie, Hershey and 3 other hens were in the area where they sleep at. All of a sudden I hear Hershey squawk so loud and I see her jump out with Meanie nearly on top of her. She was like wanting to mount Hershey like a rooster. So, I immediately split them up and catch Meanie. I put Meanie in this small cage for the night. I have seen her picking on Hershey especially when it is time for bed. There is chaos almost every night when they try to find a place to roost on. I have also had to pull her out of the roosting area several times so that other hens can get a place to sleep at. It is like she kicks out "low-class hens" out of the roosting area. She chases Hershey out of the sleeping area the majority of the times. Is there something I can do to make her stop from bulling Hershey. Other hens do kick other hens out but not like Meanie. Meanie seems like a bully. I have her in a cage for the night but I'd like to fix this issue. But, I think of letting her go because she is one of the only hens that has been laying eggs cause recently most of my hens aren't laying. What should I do?

Try giving her some multivitamin
Bullying sometimes arise from nutritional deficiency I use in my roosters when they beat each other

Give the ages and number of birds you have.
Give dimensions and pics of their coop and run.
Before starting any supplemental nutrition,
what all and how exactly are you feeding them.

I am not sure how old they are cuz a friend gave them to me. I have 20 hens, 1 rooster, 1 cockerel, and 2 baby chicks. I am not sure of the dimension. I would say the coop is medium size, even though hens avoid a certain part of the coop. I feed them with Producer's Pride 16% Layer Crumbles.

No idea at all? Can you ask your friend?
Did you get all these birds from the same flock at the same time?

Do you have, or can you borrow, a tape measure?

Any other foods or treats?

I believe they are 2 years old, they are still sort of young. I got 20 at the same time, 5 died/disappeared and replaced them with 5 other hens. Most of the times I do not give them treats. Once in a while I have given them some apple sauce and left over food. There are some pictures of how big the 'coop' is. Behind that shed, there is a hallway that my chickens don't go there very often.
