Bully? Or just top in the pecking order?

Maybe Trux is right......

We got our chicks from the feed store so they were not quite as young as yours. But the aggressive one we had ended up being a cockerel and not a pullet. From day one he was always picking on the others and trying to peck me anytime I cleaned the brooder or fed them. Just goes to show you that sometimes they show signs early......even if I didn’t know what those signs were. I stayed in denial until he started to crow.

I too had rough one from the beginning, turned out she was a he, re-homed him at around 3.5 weeks....now everyone is happy!
