Bullying? Help Please…

Is my chicken being bullied? I have 4 hens that are about 9 months old. Two hens have suddenly started attacking one hen. The two hens show more aggression when food is involved. They jump on top of the brown one and pull the feathers on her head. She now has a bald spot and it grows bigger every week. The brown hen has now been laying her egg outside the nesting box, is always by herself, and sleeps on the floor. Is she being bullied? If so, why all of a sudden? And how do I stop it?

What does your set up look like (photos help)? How much space is there in the coop and in the run? How many feeders are available? Is there ample clutter to provide hiding spots, and other enrichment to keep them busy?
