side note, that water container is gonna be insanely hot with all that direct sunlight on it too. Hot water means dehydrated chickies as they wont drink hot water.
I second on the shade advice and the likelihood of heat exacerbating the interactions..

Thank you. It is normally in shade I was moving it around that day due to laying down wood chips. I must have forgotten to put it back in the shade when I was done. I also add ice packs to the water. To try and keep it cool longer. Because I'm unavailable to switch it out mid day due to work.
