Bullying

I got 4 EEs last August and they started laying eggs recently.
I saw Mario (top hen) and Gucci pecking Summer while eating. Summer is at the bottom of the pecking order apparently.
Today, they were free ranging, Summer was just standing on the ground sun bathing, and Mario and Gucci were pulling feathers around her tail feather.
She already lost a good amount of feathers around her tail.
How do I stop them?

My Polish always gets picked on . She is missing all but one of her tail feathers. She is the one on the left in my profile pic.

On another note I do have my Olive Egger who has become a bully. She is going as far as mounting the other girls like she is a Rooster. I just go in and she squats for me so I apply pressure to her like she does to them to hopefully break the dominating tendencies in her.
