Bumble foot or something else?

This is my 2 year old free range rooster..I noticed him limping about 5 days ago just managed to catch him this evening. His toe appears to be broken also has the black spots at an injured toe nail. I don’t know if he fell and injured his foot/feet or what is going on. I did isolate him and soaked in Epson salt warm water for about 20 min. Please advise need help! Added multiple photos below…. Only the broken toe where it’s broken feels warmer but not hot to the touch.

I would soak his feet and legs daily in warm Epsom salts and water or in soapy water for 15 minutes per day. Then apply some neosporin to his toe wound twice a day. It looks like he also has bumblefoot on his foot pad. You can soak that as well, and try removing the scab, and press out any infection or solid pus. Then apply the Neosporin and a gauze pad, and wrap the foot in vet wraps strips. Change it daily. Some also use Betadine plus sugar in a paste or Prid drawing salve on a dressing changed daily.
