Yes he is limping.

The foot is extremely swollen.i put it inside warm turmeric water .

Looks like he has a bumble on each foot as well as a little one / a cut on his toe.

Keep soaking until you can get the scabs off and remove any hard kernels inside. Then you need to keep the wounds clean and protected while they heal.

If you have to, but if you can soak it and soften it and remove it with tweezers that is better. If you make a cut and cut into healthy bleeding tissue you risk reintroducing infection and making it worse.
