Hi @Cluckcluck1215

It looks like Bumblefoot to me.
You can soak the feet in epsom salts to help reduce inflammation, but the scab and kernel (pus) that is in the foot would need to come out.
There are few ways to treat Bumblefoot - you can perform surgery http://www.the-chicken-chick.com/2011/07/bumblefoot-causes-treatment-warning.html or try what some people have success with by using Decolorized (CLEAR) Iodine -- soak the foot in epsom salts, dry the foot well, apply the Clear Iodine, wrap the foot, check it the next day to see if the scab is loose, then pull out - sometimes the kernel will come out with the scab. With either way the foot needs to be cleaned out of all the pus you can find, flush well with betadine or clorehexidine, then pack the wound with triple antibiotic ointment, wrap the foot - keep them on clean dry bedding and monitor the foot everyday for swelling, pus, infection, etc.

If you have a hen that has problems with Sour Crop due to a pendulous crop, then getting her treated would be a good idea. She may benefit from a crop bra to help the crop empty so you don't have problems in the future. http://www.backyardchickens.com/a/impacted-slow-and-sour-crops-prevention-and-treatments

To help prevent bumble foot keep the coop litter clean. Also keep the birds from jumping off a high roost to a hard floor. Get creative. Maybe make the roost stair step like a ladder or put straw bales to land on. I've used I tree stumps before.....anyway you want to avoid dirty litter and their feet taking a hard impacts.

After you cut/pull the plug out and flush it out you could pack it with triple antibiodic. Then gauze then vet wrap.
