I have never encountered bumble foot so I am hoping for your thoughts!
She has this on both feet. Bumble foot or something else?

It might just be a dirt plug without an infection. Try to wiggle it out.

This is what it looked like when it happened on my bird. I don't have any pictures of the lump before I pulled it out.

Can you post a clear photo of the other foot too?
I agree with @BantyChooks it sort of looks like a dirt plug that has over time wedged in the crevice of the foot and possibly raised the top.
I would work or softening that plug - soak in warm epsom salts bath, then see if you can work that out. Once you get it out, repeat your soaking for a few days, hopefully it will go down on it's own.

If the topside is still swollen/looks infected after several days (after that plug is gone) then you can soak in Tricide Neo to see if that reduces the swelling.

And yes, there are some raised scales that look like she may have some Scaly Leg Mites. After soaking, dry the legs, then slather on some vaseline, castor oil, coconut oil, A+D ointment or NuStock, work that under the scales. Repeat every time you soak/tend to the feet. It would be good to put the oil/ointment of choice on the legs a couple of times week. Look at your other hens, they may need to oil on their legs too.

Ty so much for all the feedback!
@Wyorp Rock thank you for all the details!

I did not take a pic of the bottom of the other foot as it looks EXACTLY like this one.
Thanks.
I would start by trying to work that plug out of the crevice of the feet. See what it looks like them.
Chicken feet have all kinds of nooks/crannies - let's hope it is like @BantyChooks photos/post where it was debris stuck/hardened in there.
It very well could be a scab and you will need to do more treatments/work on the feet for a good while, but take it in steps and see how it goes.
