Bumble foot???

I'm relatively new to chicken keeping. One of my buff orpintons has sores on both of her feet (I found them just doing a routine check). She is my heaviest bird and not limping but I want to make sure it's not bumble foot...and what do I do about them (watch and see? Pull scabs off??).
Attached are a few photos. One foot seems to be worse than the other and even has a sore on the middle toe.
Any advice?

I don't know, normally bumble foot would swell up more. Give it a few days and if it looks worse or doesn't get better than you may want to take her to a vet.
