Bumblefoot gone???

I had a chicken that has had double bumblefoot for a while. Last summer, I tries to do surgery, but it was not successful. I kept a close eye on her spots and they didn't seem to be getting any worse. A few days ago I went out and checked on her and both spots are gone. How does this happen? Has anybody else had this happen? Thanks, Ryan.

Maybe the surgery was successful after all. It sometimes takes awhile for it to heal, and for the foot to return to normal.

Yeah but I only did one foot and it is gone on both feet.
