What’s the treatment? Is this a bad case? It’s on both feet. She’s not limping. I only just saw this.
Otherwise the hen is very healthy.

First soak the leg in an Epsom salt bath. Try to clean it up.

No need to be so exact. Use warm water (1 gallon) and mix in about 1/4-1/2 of a cup of epsom salt).

Edit: Soak for 20-30 minutes in a shallow dish.

Warm water with or without salt...enough to cover the bottom of the foot...that's it.
