BumbleFoot in chicken?

hello, we’ve been treating a chicken with large bumps on her feet. We’ve soaked her in warm epsom salt water and pulled out several plugs, but the swelling hasn’t gone down at all. Should we put her down or just leave her? She’s starting to lift up the right infected foot alot, but both feet are infected.

Are her toes curled under or is it just the way she's being held?

We just left right now, so I don’t have a picture of the top of her feet, but her toes don’t curl under her feet like that. When she rarely stands and lays down most of the time.
