Bumblefoot treatment - do I still need to wrap foot?

Totally normal. You can see the swelling a bit on one side of the foot where it’s on the bottom but top is fine.

I think she would be a good candidate to use Tricide Neo for treatment.
This would require a daily soaking, but a lot of people have had very good results.
