Bumblefoot with a huge lump

Unfortunately, the foot is still swollen and hot. I took the scabs off and tried to get more gunk out last night. I didn't get much. I did make the dog stay inside this time. I am trying to get some of that fish stuff (Tricide-Neo), but the local fancy fish store doesn't answer their phone. I am also thinking that I should give her an antibiotic shot since the foot is still infected. What is the best antibiotic to use, and what dosage? any help is appreciated.
