Bumblefoot?

I have an indoor female Indian Runner that is about 9 months old, and her name is Clumsy! (she tends to trip herself a lot)
About a week ago, she started to slightly limp. I became extremely worried and checked the bottom of her feet. She had small pinkish-brown bumps that are slightly scabbed. I've been looking it up and all I can find is that it could be bumblefoot, but every photo I've seen is much worse and are much bigger than hers.
But I've done what others have; soaked her feet in epson salt, cleaned it with neosporin, wrapped her feet, and look for splinters, but nothing has turned up.
Today, she has begun limping a bit worse and hates when I touch her feet now, and the bumps got a little bright pink. Could this be early or late stages of bumblefoot, or maybe something completely different?
Here are the photos from today, these are the best photos I could get;

I'd try soaking that lump and seeing if you can pry that scab off carefully. Could be bumblefoot but I'm not entirely sure.

IF you decide to try removing the scab, wear GLOVES! Think I read somewhere Bumble Foot is a Staph infection. It doesn't look like BF which is under a scab nor does it look "wear & tear". Does look like there's a pin prick with dark matter in that bubble. Try soaking in warm water & Epsom Salt see if you can express anything, wear gloves & if it does open up, presoak & apply antibiotic & wrap, keeping clean to prevent infection. Hopefully someone with more experience will join in soon.

I agree. think soaking and keeping a good eye out for any other symptom would be prudent. Someone will get this shortly...and have better advice.

Glad you joined us. Sorry for the circumstances.

I don't think it's from "wear and tear" or "walking on hard surfaces" as some previous posters have guessed.

That does indeed look like a bumble.
Just because it isn't "black" yet may only means the infection is festering on the inside but the tissue hasn't become necrotic yet.
Soaking 3x daily may help if it's just an injury but it it doesn't respond quickly, (2-3 days) i'd get to work on it.

There are lots of great threads here about DIY bumblefoot treatment and surgery.
It would be helpful if you could try your best to get clearer pictures and one comparing the bottom of both feet if you can, then repost on the emergencies/disease thread.

I had a turkey who stepped on a barbed wire sticking up from the ground (I'm assuming) and he wasn't walking his foot was totally swollen. Because we can't use antibiotics I opted to try a potato poultice that I just learned about from a naturopathic healer. I shredded a raw potato I packed it around his bumblefoot and I wrapped it in cling wrap to secure it and keep the moisture in and then I wrapped it with a little bit of gauze then secured with Coban. Changed daily. Completely healed. I now treat all my bumblefoot this way. Day 3 with my rooster, Prince. Infection kernal came out with warm water soak prior to dressing change. Potato draws out infection. Email me if you like [email protected]. Has worked every time!
