Bumblefoot

My Pekin duck had bumblefoot in two places on her right foot. After epson salt soaks, Vetericyn, neosporin, and vet wraps it finally looks great, however, her middle joint and leg is still really swollen. It has been 5 days since it has been removed. Do I need to do anything else or does it just take awhile for the swelling to go down?

I removed a good size bumble from my Runners foot a few weeks ago swollen top and bottom it took about a week and a half for the swelling to go completely down. I was thinking I didn't get it all but I did so didn't have to go back in. Just keep watch on it.
