Bumblefoot?

Pics
Thank you so much. The scab is getting lighter in color but still can't remove the scab. I will soak daily. I put VetRx and wrapped today. I checked all my girls today and discovered one more girl with the beginnings of bumble also. She'll get a salt bath tomorrow also. Is it contagious???
Its not contagious amongst birds, but when you do there feet wear gloves, its a staph infection so it can transfer to humans also.

Get prid drawing salve.. It works magic!
I soaked the girls feet today. Sprayed Vetricyin on affected area massaged with VetRX oil then wrapped with a guaze pad and vet wrap. During the massage process a scab fell off. There was no hole or puss? I was expecting something. I kept massaging the area trying to decide if there is infection under her skin. I'm not sure there is. Here foot doesn't appear swollen and the area doesn't feel hard??? Now I'm confused. I know something is wrong. She does more laying then foraging and isolates herself from the others. Wattle and comb are red. Eyes look good. Her butt has been getting a soak so don't think she's egg bound. I'm perplexed. Any suggestions??

Do you have pics of her feet?

That can happen, now you really need prid. Every day with a q-tip apply it but in a big amount over the scab. You will see stuff start building up there. Time comes it will start comming up so you can take it off then.

I'll take another picture tomorrow. The scab fell off but underneath the scab was just her skin. You can see a faint circle but no open wound or oozing.

There is no scab anymore. It fell off when I was drying her foot to work on it.

I think it did but her other foot I'm still working on. Of course both feet will be treated just to be safe
