We have a 6-8 month old rooster. Frier Tuck will not walk and cannot stand on his own. As if always off balance. We stand him up in the dog wash to feed and water him. He is eating and drinking no problem. I found this on his foot today. Epsom salt bathed his feet and band aided some ointment on this spot. Should I have tried to clean it out? No puss or scab so I didn't want to irritate it.

That doesn‘t look serious enough to treat aggressively or to be causing his limping. Can you get a picture of his legs while standing or a video uploaded to YouTube of him walking? Is there any swelling of his ankles or hocks, or toes? Do you have another rooster? Are your roosts very high off the ground? Later on, or even now you could treat his bumblefoot with either sugardine or Prid drawing salve, and wrapped daily with a foot dressing of a 2x2 and strips of vet wrap. Sugardine is a paste made with sugar and drops of Betadine or Equate First Aid Antiseptic. Either of those will treat the bumble, soften it where you can remove the scab and squeeze out any pus inside. But it looks pretty mild now, and the sugardine may be enough.
