Bump in hens belly

I noticed about a week ago that my hen Named Henny had a weird thing in her belly only on one side. It is fairly hard and flat and it's on the side of her abdomen. It wasn't there a few weeks ago so I'm thinking its a infection...? I started her on tetracycline last night. Besides that little thin in her belly she is acting perfectly normal she is laying eggs maybe 0-2 a week. What do you think it is?

I'll try to get a picture but it would be hard to do because she has a lot of feathers in that area. It is in her abdomen... On each side of her there are these bones I can feel which are I'm guessing her leg bones. It is to the right of it and a little lower.
